Documentation at the Bulk Production Stage

We want to be transparent about how documentation works. No formal product documentation or test reports are provided during the sample trial stage. Full product documentation and test reports — including stability, efficacy and compatibility testing — are prepared and provided only after you have tried the sample, are satisfied with it, and place a bulk or finished-product order. These tests are conducted against the final confirmed formula and actual production batch, so the results reflect the commercial goods.
